This was a very mixed experience for us. B-Spoke designed and supplied our new kitchen. From initial contact through to design consultations, payment… everything was exceptional. We were so excited for our new kitchen. However we faced problem after problem during fitting, in fairness all problems were resolved quickly. We had a shortage of flooring, up stands and kick boards. Our oven unit came fully assembled, with the wrong dimensions leading to our joiner having to do a bit of mismatch to make things work. B-Spoke did offer to build another unit from scratch however the joiner had already fitted things and couldn’t wait. As I say, there was a number of issues however these were always dealt with quickly and efficiently… there was just alot of them. Stand out was our experience with Neil, absolutely fantastic gentleman. We would just like to thank the team at Bespoke, they have just completed a refit of doors, drawers and panels for us. To put matters into context 2 years ago we had a Wren kitchen which consistently had a manufacturing fault on the doors, drawers and panels. This led to a full kitchen refurb by Wren, but the fault persisted. We then spent 12 months trying to resolve the matter with Wren. Then a further 12 months using a solicitor, paying a £1k to an expert witness and doing a chargeback through our credit card company. Once resolved we sought additional quotes for replacement doors, panels, drawers and fitting costs onto the existing carcasses, from multiple companies, we chose Bespoke. From the design through to fitting has been fantastic and a breath of fresh air compared to Wren. Having had my fingers burned using a (faceless after care) national company, I not only fully recommend Bespoke but I will now always look locally first. My kitchen was around 25 to 30 years old and in desperate need of being replaced, Neil and his team designed me a beautiful modern kitchen. Communication was excellent throughout an Neil was on the ball with absolutely everything, The team of Rab ,Aiden, josh and Tam who came to do the rip out and fit were absolutely amazing! Came bang on time everyday and went above an beyond to help me, nothing was too much trouble, the Job was started Monday and finished on the Friday I couldn't believe how quick it was as on the Monday I had only 4 walls left after rip out, but soon saw it transform each day. I absolutely love my kitchen and I can't recommend these guys enough, if you want quality and a professional job done these are the people to call! Very happy customer thank you guys I'm Honestly over the moon with my beautiful new kitchen! Great team you have we enjoyed having them in our home they were absolutely brilliant!.
